Brixton Metals Files NI 43-101 Technical Report

December 15, 2014 – Brixton Metals Corporation (TSXV: BBB) (the “Company” or “Brixton”) is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated October 29, 2014, it has filed a National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) technical report titled “Independent Technical Report for the Thorn Project, Sutlahine River Area, British Columbia, Canada” dated December 12, 2014 with an effective date of September 26, 2014 (the “Technical Report”).

The Technical Report was prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 and Form 43-101F1 by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. and is authored by independent Qualified Persons, as defined in NI 43-101. The Technical Report is available under the Company’s profile at www.sedar.com.
