Brixton Metals Enters Definitive Agreement with Millrock Resources for Option of Cristo Claim Group

VANCOUVER, BC – October 14, 2010 – Brixton Metals Corporation (“Brixton” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement with Millrock Resources Inc. which gives the Company the option to earn a 100% interest in the Cristo mineral property, located in Southern Alaska’s Kahiltna District, in return for cumulative exploration expenditures of US$5,000,000 by December 31, 2013 and cumulative payments of US$330,000 in cash, 2,000,000 common shares of the Company, and 2,400,000 share purchase warrants with an exercise price of $1.00 per share over a four-year term.
