Mr. Ball most recently served as President of McEwen Mining Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing the Company’s production and exploration programs throughout Mexico, Argentina and Nevada. Mr. Ball is credited with leading the team that built the El Gallo 1 Mine, in addition to making the El Gallo 2 discovery in Mexico. Previous to his position with McEwen Mining, he worked for McEwen Capital. He originally began his career with Goldcorp in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Gary R. Thompson, P.Geo.
A Brixton Metals Co-founder, Mr. Thompson, an entrepreneur, has over 25 years experience in resources including precious-base metals, oil & gas and geothermal power and has been leading a public company since 2006. Previous employment and experience includes both junior and major mining and energy companies including Newmont Mining, NovaGold Resources and Encana Corporation. Mr. Thompson’s Cayley Geothermal went public in 2006 through the acquisition Sierra Geothermal Power, where he was CEO until it was acquired by Ram Power in 2010.

Cale Moodie, BSF, CPA, CA
Co-founder of Brixton Metals, Mr. Moodie’s career in public markets spans well over 15 years. He is a CPA and serial entrepreneur serving in roles as founder, CEO, CFO, director, and audit committee chair for numerous publicly-traded companies on both the TSX-V and CSE. Cale holds a Bachelor of Science from UBC and became a Chartered Accountant/CPA while working for KPMGs Industrial Markets Group in Vancouver prior to his foray into public markets. Cale has been involved in over $150M in financings for resource and tech companies during his tenure in capital markets.

Christina Anstey
Mrs. Anstey joined Brixton Metals as Vice President, Exploration in early 2021. She graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences and has over 9 years of exploration experience in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. She most recently served as Senior Project Geologist managing the Bowser Regional Exploration program for Pretivm Resources and prior to that she worked as a Project Geologist for Cabra Consulting, Brixton Metals and Norvista Resources.

Neil MacRae
Mr. MacRae is a mining investor relations professional with 28 years of experience in investor relations, commodities trading, and corporate development within the global mining industry. Most recently, he was with Mars Investor Relations as VP Corporate Development.
Mr. MacRae holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and started his career in 1994, spending 9 years as a commodity trader/concentrate marketer for Mitsui & Co. (Canada) Ltd. Over the next 19 years, he then worked in progressively more senior investor relations roles with companies such as First Majestic Silver, Sherwood Copper (merged with Capstone), Farallon Mining (sold to Nyrstar), Novagold Resources/NovaCopper(Trilogy Metals), Santacruz Silver Mining and Fireweed Zinc.

Randall Thompson
Mr. Thompson has 30 years of experience in building and operating open pit and underground, precious and base metals mines in Canada, Australia and the Middle East. From 2012 to 2017, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Huckleberry Mines Ltd., which owns and operates the open-pit Huckleberry copper and molybdenum mine located in west central British Columbia. Mr. Thompson has supervised large development projects including the roughly $100 million expansion of the Huckleberry Mine and the $450 million construction of the Jabal Sayid mine in Saudi Arabia for Equinox Minerals. More recently, he worked on optimizing operations for the Silvertip Mine in northern British Columbia prior to the takeover of JDS Silver by Coeur Mining. Previous board experience includes directorship for Minto Explorations in the Yukon and the Mining Association of British Columbia. (Randall Thompson is of no relation to Chairman & CEO, Gary R. Rita Adiani
Ms. Adiani has over 16 years of experience in the mining industry spanning executive industry roles, investment banking and corporate law. Ms. Adiani has been at the Arizona Sonoran Copper Company since January 2021 and was responsible for leading execution of the initial public offering and other corporate development and finance activities. Previously, she was Executive Vice President of Xiana Mining Inc., a copper producer and developer in Chile where she was Head of Business Development responsible for group finance & corporate finance matters. Prior to that, she was Managing Director in the mining team at NRG Capital Partners in London and also served as Vice President within the Mining M&A Team at Societe Generale. Ms. Adiani has advised on and been involved in transactions in excess of US$10 billion during the course of her career, including landmark industry transactions. She was Senior Corporate Finance Manager for La Mancha Resources (reporting to the CFO), which remains one of the largest private investors in the gold sector with over US$1 billion of assets under management. She is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales (currently non-practicing) and practiced corporate law at Linklaters LLP in London and Dubai from 2006-2011.
Ms. Adiani is a law graduate from the University of Oxford and University of Sheffield. She has a Chartered Financial Analyst qualification in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute and also has a Certificate in Mining Studies — Mining & Minerals Engineering from the University of British Columbia (Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering).

Co-founder of Brixton Metals in 2009, Mr. Thompson has over 25 years of resource exploration experience in precious and base metals. Mr. Thompson was employed by Newmont Alaska where he conducted regional exploration for intrusion related gold deposits in Alaska and Yukon. He was a project geologist at Novagold’s Galore Creek copper-gold porphyry project. In 1988 he discovered the Tag epithermal gold-silver project which was later sold to Taku Gold.
K. Brock Riedell (Geology) – Senior Technical Advisor
Brock Riedell has over forty years experience in minerals exploration and mining economic analysis. During his career he has been involved in porphyry, volcanic and sediment-hosted gold discoveries in B.C., Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. Since 2009 he has been a Vancouver-based consulting geologist focused on porphyry Cu/Au/Mo exploration in the Americas. He has consulted to Brixton, primarily on the Thorn Project, since mid-2018. Other clients have included Imperial Metals (Red Chris and Catface, B.C.), Fortuna Silver (Lindero, Argentina), Adventus Mining (Pijili and Santiago, Ecuador), Redhawk Resources (Copper Creek, Arizona), and Abacus Mining & Exploration (Willow, Yerington district, Nevada). From 1995 to 2009, Mr. Riedell worked for BHP in the western USA, Chile, and Canada; he served as global Chief Geologist from 2002 to 2005. His early career was mostly in western U.S. exploration roles with Exxon Minerals and Newmont. He mixes consulting with volunteer work for the Society of Economic Geologists Student Field Trip program and has attended two student
trips as a professional mentor.
Carl Hering, Ph.D. (Geology) – Senior Advisor
Dr. Hering is a geologist with over 35 years of diversified technical and managerial experience in mineral exploration and corporate development worldwide. He was instrumental in two major gold discoveries in Latin America, each exceeding 3 million ounces and one in Ontario of over 10 million ounces. Most recently, Dr. Hering has worked for numerous clients as an independent consultant and has been a Director of numerous junior companies.
