Investor Highlights

Management

Brixton is managed by industry and capital markets veterans, who have a proven history of building leading companies and generating significant investor returns, including businesses such as Weda Bay, Rusoro Mining, Defiance Mining, Riddarhyttan Resources, Underworld Resources, Sierra Geothermal, and PMC-Sierra.

Key Project

Brixton’s 26,000 hectare Thorn Property has the potential to host a high unit value polymetallic mineral deposit, and is located in the Sutlahine River area of northwestern British Columbia, Canada.  Brixton’s exploration of Thorn is focused on a network of high sulphidation epithermal veins and breccia zones and shares many similarities with other high sulphidation epithermal gold, silver and copper deposits around the world including Lepanto in the Philippines and El Indio in Chile.

Thorn is subdivided into several Zones, including the Oban, Talisker, and Outlaw zones, along with the Laguvulin vein, in which have had exceptional results from preliminary drill testing.  Brixton has had its most significant success in the Oban Zone, which is located in the heart of a 6 km mineralized corridor.

Historical High Grade Results

Preliminary sampling conducted at Thorn included a 265 g/t Au and 635 g/t Ag boulder at Amarillo Creek and a 6,149 g/t Ag float sample taken at the Oban Zone.  Brixton targeted a portion of its 2011 drill season in the Oban Zone and achieved significant drill results, including:

Oban Breccia Zone hole THN11-60 intercepted 95.08m of 904 g/t AgEq (1.71 g/t Au, 628.30 g/t Ag, 0.12% Cu, 3.31 % Pb and 2.39% Zn)

-          including 25.56m of 1,679 AgEq (2.28 g/t Au, 1,299 g/t Ag, 0.22% Cu, 5.34% Pb and 2.51% Zn)

-          and including 9.25m of 3,646 g/t AgEq (3.04 g/t Au, 2,984 g/t Ag, 0.53% Cu, 11.65% Pb and 3.42% Zn)

In 2012 a two phase follow up drill program targeting the Oban breccia zone was incredibly successful, hitting mineralization in many of the holes and expanding the true width of the zone:

-          THN12-83  intercepted 73.70m of 466.28g/t AgEq (284.15g/t Ag, 1.49g/t Au, 1.31% Pb and 1.78% Zn)

-          including 150.50m of 314.59g/t AgEq (165.30g/t Ag, 1.37g/t Au, 0.92% Pb and 1.25% Zn)
